There are no
minutes of the gathering. The sole purpose was to pass out the council
committee assignment and goal sheets and council contact form which I
had forgotten to do before we closed the meeting. I explained
to everyone what the materials were and when they needed to be returned
to Sara & I. No agenda items were discussed, I simply explained the
process for the new folks and handed out the materials.
